CUTROOM is a free, browser-based video generator. It does not require an account or payment. Export availability depends on your browser and device.
Your text and videos
You remain responsible for the words you enter and how you use or publish your videos. Only use material you have the right to use. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others or publish unlawful content.
Using an export
CUTROOM permits personal and commercial use of the videos you create with the tool, without a CUTROOM watermark or required credit. This permission does not grant rights to third-party names, trademarks or text that you choose to include.
Printed-page effect
The surrounding newspaper-style copy is fictional. It is a visual effect, not a quotation from an actual publication or evidence of a reported event.
Availability and files
The service may be updated or interrupted. Keep a copy of any video you want to retain: CUTROOM does not provide cloud storage or recovery of your exports. Review each exported file before publishing it.
Your rights
Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
